It is February, some of us are still in lockdown, and while it might be harder to reach my favourite outdoor spaces due to the 5km limitation, walking remains widely accessible to all of us.

Walking has many benefits, and I have read many articles recently which talked about how important daily walks have been to some of us.

  • Nature walk can improve your problem solving. 
  • As little as 20min walking exercise can improve your mood, your creativity, and your mental functions for up to 15h.

So this is my recommendation for February, to get out there, ideally around lunch time so you can combine many of the benefits of a good walk: fresh air, social interaction, mindfulness, exercise, daily natural light to name just a few.
